We hold two trainings: SNAP 101 and SNAP 102.

SNAP 101 is a basic introduction to the SNAP program. It will go over eligibility requirements, specific details on various populations, and how the application process works. This training will give you the baseline knowledge you may need when talking to those in the community about SNAP and how it functions.

SNAP 102 is a walk-through of MDTHINK, the state's online SNAP application portal. We will show how to complete an application and renewals on this portal and our tips and tricks on how to do so successfully.
