rules & guidelines. We do this to ensure we are clear on our rules and
policies, as well as our organization’s culture, our vision and commitment to a
healthy community. As we grow and change, the composition of our market does as
well.
All vendors wishing to participate in the Market must
read the following document in full and will be required to acknowledge
agreement to terms set forth at time of application submission. These
rules govern all operations of the Market. Market Management will implement and
enforce all rules & guidelines pertaining to the operations. Market
Management may modify or change rules & guidelines from time to time and
take reasonable action to enforce them. Participating vendors will be
notified of all changes to rules & guidelines.
Submission of an application does not constitute
acceptance to the market. Submissions after the initial due date will be
reviewed on a rolling basis and will be accepted throughout the season. The Lincoln Square Farmers Market has very limited space; vendor space(s) may
be released with non-compliance of payment and/or documentation due dates.
