Vendor application
Pipers closet is always on the hunt for unique & specially curated baby, children, maternity, nursery decor, toys, mama & dad, pregnancy and postpartum & family items. If you sell items that you think would represent Pipers closet well & go with our theme, please fill out the following application in it's entirety. We will try our hardest to respond in a timely manner. If you are not accepted, we will keep your application on file if a space opens up that we think you would fit. We will be limiting each type of vendor to TWO.
please note that this is an application. If you are approved we will send you a legal binding contract.

Please note that all options can be extended longer. If you choose 3 months & everything goes well you can renew for a few more months! If you are accepted, the contract for you to sign will go into more depth and answer all questions you may have. This is just an application & not a contract.
Please note that each month you can pay an extra $30 + hst if you would like a prime spot (This is added to your monthly cost) - may be a few months down the road depending on popularity. This will go according to a first come, first serve basis & is a rolling list not guarantee for a certain month. Prime spots may include; window displays, front of store set up or checkout setup. *
If you have display's or shelving that you think could be useful please let us know & we may purchase it from you or deduct it from your rent cost if it fits our store.
Spacing
Spacing & displays will all depend on items & their sizes. There will be a variation of racks, tables & shelves. We work with your products as well as the store lay out to be sure everyone has adequate space. We also have storage in the back for any over stock!
When/if you are accepted you will receive a DM on instagram and be added into a vendor group chat. There is no discussion in this group chat, only announcements, updates, and documents from Piper's Closet. Including, vendor contract, rent due dates, events, sales, etc! The contract will answer any questions you do have so it is important to read through it in full *
The shop is located in an old building, it has a vintage charm with original flooring, exsposed brick & even an original door frame
