ABA Marching Band Survey
This survey is a first step in gathering information for the Committee for a ABA marching band festival.  The committee values all members opinions and wants to serve the membership, if the membership as a majority wants this to move forward.  As it states now in the bylaws, ABA does not sanction marching contests.  This is a fact finding survey to determine the committee's next step.
