3Donationz Kidz Market LIABILITY & AND REGULATIONS                 ● Vendor application must be filled out and returned prior to participation in the market● Booth items must be home grown, handmade crafts, or original works of art. Commerciallymanufactured, or resale items are strictly prohibited.● Booth items must be school/child appropriate● Little to no start-up funds should be required to create products/services. ● Tables are not reserved, it is allotted on a first come first serve basis. We have 13 tables, but you may bring your own● This market is open to all children ages 5-14. ● The maximum number of participants per business is 3. ● We don’t want multi-level marketing companies, just simple kid-run businesses.● The intent of this market is to encourage entrepreneurship and creativity. ● Feel free to use our start-up Vendorz business form, to help coach your children through the key points of making a business. ● Vendors must confine their wares to no more than a 10’x10’ space● optional chairs, and tents must be provided by the vendor.● Vendors must set up their own.● Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax.● Items for sale must be clearly marked with price.● Vendors must keep booth areas clean and they must remove all trash at the end of the day.● Please park ONLY in parking places marked for this event● Booth Fees will not be collected this year, 2022● Liability & Agreement form will be completed and turned in one time before a vendor can participate in the market.
