Chipmunks, Squirrels, and Mice, Oh My!

Saturday, October 22
11 a.m. to noon at Beech Hill in Dublin

Scurry into the world of New Hampshire’s small mammals with Harris Center naturalist Ben King. We’ll search stone walls and forest edges for squirrel nests, chipmunk dens, mice burrows, and nibbled acorns, and discover how these furry little critters prepare for winter. Learn to talk and eat like a chipmunk, hop like a squirrel, and hide like a mouse! A great program for preschoolers and early elementary-aged children and their families.

For more information, contact Ben. Co-sponsored with the Beech Hill-Dublin Lake Watershed Association.
