Hi all

We are putting in place a new system for pupils with any dietary needs that the kitchen staff will have direct access to, rather than information coming via the healthcare plan (which you will still need to complete) that comes to the office. We hope this sytem will ensure the kitchen are provided with as much information as possible to ensure children's need/parent requests are met.

For clarity - a dietary need is either an allergy or intollerance that has been discussed with medical professionals and must be adhered to, or a parent request for a child to follow a dietary regime that is also followed out of school, eg. vegan. Please DO NOT complete this form just to tell us your child doesn't like a particular food - they are pretty good at telling us this themselves!

If your child has a dietary requirement, please complete this form asap.

The form also asks for a contact number. This is so that the kitchen can contact you directly should they have any queries about your form, or any questions moving forward about our menus.

When the form is returned, we will attach an up to date photograph to it to help with identification by kitchen staff.

We are happy and able to meet any pupils dietary needs.
