This form is to change or place your membership on a hold!
Changes: You may request an upgrade/change to your membership at any time during your billing cycle. Upgrades may be changed again after a minimum of one month.
Holds: Need to take a break from classes for a bit? You may pause your membership for up to four months per year (separate or consecutive months), so there is no loss due to vacation, holiday travel or when another baby arrives. There is a one month minimum for each hold placed.
You must request your hold at least ONE WEEK in advance!
