Connor Diocese Youth Worship Night
Join us on Friday 12th March at 8pm on Zoom for a time to worship God together.
This is for young people aged 11-18 from across Connor Diocese as well as youth leaders.

Full details, including Zoom access details, will be sent by email to parents / guardians in advance.
Safeguarding ratios will be followed and no pictures / videos will be taken of Zoom gatherings.

I will not pass on this information to anyone other than my young person. I acknowledge the need for acceptable responsible behaviour on their part. I consent to my information being held and processed by Connor Diocese for the purpose of planning and administrating for this event.
In line with GDPR the data you provide on this form will be stored securely for a period of one year from the date of signature, after which it will be destroyed.
