Training Availability
Fitness Institute - Teesside offers bespoke personal training sessions. We try to be as accommodating as we can for our clients and we understand that peoples schedules can be unpredictable. Below, please list days/times that you would most likely be available to train. This will help us to find you a regular spot. If you are a shift worker then please give us an example of times that would work for you. These can be changed as, and when, needed.
