The Long Term Goals - Should be something you hope to achieve over the next year or more.
Medium Term Goals - Should be what you hope to achieve in six months to a year.
Short Term Goals - Should be what you are hoping to achieve in the first few months. You can add in multiple short term goals throughout your training.
Your Motivations are what inspires you to train. Health, family, confidence, each motivation is down to the individual.
Your Barriers to Exercise are what stope you training. It could be commitments to work, family, lack of motivation or anything else that stops you improving your lifestyle.
