Thank you for your engagement and feedback in our meetings and previous survey.

In acknowledgement of the first survey results, the Contract Negotiation Team (CNT) intends to extend the current contract and  maintain a COLA (CPI+) instead of opening up the contract for full bargaining.

In the event that the District is not willing to agree to an extension and we must bargain, we would like your feedback on which MOU articles or issues to propose changes to in the contract.
