Finding Safety Within: Body Awareness Group for Inner Healing

Access your core emotional world and inner self by getting in touch with the creative emotional self, establishing and reconnecting with safety within your inner selves through the use of metaphor, personal symbolism, and somatic art therapy interventions.

This group is set to meet for 8 weeks consecutively on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 7pm EST, starting Wednesday May 25th. The group will meet online via a secure video conference platform. A commitment to all 8 sessions is required in order to join the group, and payment is collected in advance unless other arrangements have been agreed upon prior to the start of the group.

Fees: $800 for 8 sessions, sliding scale options available based on income and need. If you have out of network benefits with your insurance and would like to submit a superbill to your provider to seek reimbursement, superbills will be made available.

About Sliding Scale Availability

The full value of the service provided is at full fee of $100 per group for 8 weeks, and sliding scale is made available in order to increase accessibility of the group to people who may not be able to attend otherwise. Please consider your financial access and your financial need, and only inquire about sliding scale if you would not otherwise be able to attend the group at full cost.

*Basic Needs include food, housing and transportation
*Expendable Income may mean you are able to buy coffee or tea at a shop, go to the movies or a concert, buy new clothes, books and similar items each month etc.
