Application to participate in the 68th ICES

Venues: Nihon Kyōiku Kaikan (May 18), Kyoto International Community House (May 25)
Format: In-person (but symposia I, II, and IV will be held in a
hybrid format)
Registration fee: (JPY)4,000, Students 2,000,
Online 1,000
・Participants who pay the registration fee for the
Tokyo Session and wish to attend the Kansai Session are NOT required to pay an additional fee.
・The registration fee for in-person participation (4,000 JPY) covers a copy of the ICES Transactions, including postage. The registration fee is nonrefundable, and you will receive a copy of the Transactions even if you do not attend.
・There is no student discount for online participation. Online participants may obtain a copy of the Transactions at the special price of 1,000 JPY (including postage).
・Please pay the registration fee by using the credit card payment service indicated in the auto-reply email.
・Registrations will also be accepted on the day, but because the reception area will be very crowded, please register in advance.
