NCC@2050 Stakeholder Challenge
New Castle County is beginning the two-year process to develop a new countywide 30-year comprehensive plan. Members of The Committee of 100 are asked to respond to the following five core questions about the future of New Castle County. The results will be used to help the Department of Land Use understand our key issues, priorities and aspirations.
