Hi there!  My name is Lauren and I’m a Disney Travel Agent with MickeyTravels.  Nice to “meet” you.  I am thrilled that you are considering a Hawaiian vacation to Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Ko 'Olina, Hawaii.  It's the perfect blend of Hawaiian culture and Disney magic.   I would love to help you plan your vacation!  

A little bit about me:  

I am a Disney only travel agent that has specialized training and education from the Disney College of Knowledge.  I work for MickeyTravels, which is a Diamond Authorized Disney Vacation Planner Agency and I office out of San Antonio, Texas.  I can book Walt Disney World in Florida, Disneyland in California, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani in Hawaii, and Adventures by Disney.  When you book your vacation with a MickeyTravels agent, you do not pay any added fees.  Your vacation package cost is direct from Disney and the same pricing you would see if you went online and booked your vacation yourself.  The benefit to using a Disney Travel Agent, is that you will magically have me as a knowledgeable support person to help guide you and plan your trip.  Most people love having one point-of-contact with Disney when planning their vacation.  I will assist with itinerary planning, airport transportation, dining and luau reservations, and I will be able to offer recommendations and support for other aspects of your vacation.  This support includes while you are on vacation if you have any problems or questions.  I will make vacation planning as simple and as stress-free as possible for you!
