Promotion of other events is not allowed
Refunds:Once payment has been received, there will be no refunds on vendor space. The only exception is if the event is fully cancelled. Should you not be able to attend the scheduled date, it is your responsibility to notify Houston Horror Film Fest. You may sell your space to another vendor if you can't make it.
Drug paraphernalia, bootleg merchandise or weapons of any kind will NOT be permitted.
Vendors are responsible for charging Texas state sales tax and reporting sales to the State of Texas. Houston Horror Film Fest is not responsible for vendors' failure to collect.
All vendors acknowledge that Houston Horror Film Fest, workers, volunteers, and hotel employees will not provide or maintain insurance coverage for vendors' persons or property, and it is their sole responsibility to obtain insurance covering such loss. Any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any vendor or their workers, employees or volunteers will be the sole liability of the vendor. Houston Horror Film Fest will not be held responsible in any way.
Vendors are accountable for any legal action taken against them or their workers, volunteers or etc. Neither Houston Horror Film Fest nor The Marriott hotel will be held responsible.
We expect all vendors to treat the property with respect. We also ask that you treat each other with kindness and respect. Failure to do so, will lead to you being asked to leave.
All submissions will be looked over and carefully selected.
