By commissioning me you confirm that you’re over 18 y.o.

NOTICE -> commission request can be TURNED DOWN if:
  1.  It contains triggering concepts for me such as GORE, VIOLENCE, BLOOD.
  2. ONLY TEXT description is provided. If you don’t have character references/photos/art I can offer  character design (price discussed individually) otherwise I’m more likely to turn down such request.

- Prices in commission sheet are BASE/STARTING prices and might increase due to complexity of your character’s design, additional objects, armor, extra limbs, jewelry, horns etc. Final price will be calculated individually after approval. 

WORKFLOW

- After you provided all details and references I’ll send a sketch for your approval. On this stage you can make 3 revisions (which don’t change the pose, idea and composition of piece entirely).
- If you want any add-ons/changes that you hadn’t mentioned in the commission request or on the stage of sketch and I’ve moved onto the next steps of your commission you may be charged (amount discussed individually)
- When artwork is completed you can make up to 3 small changes/ touches up  (After limit is reached additional charge will aplly)

PAYMENT DETAILS

Payments via PayPal
- Full upfront payment (US Dollars)
- Please make sure you have funds available to commission when filling out this form

TIME FRAME

Usually I complete artwork within 2-4 weeks after I started working on it. I always keep in touch while working on your commission.
You will receive tracking number and link to the queue to track commission status after full payment.
Please don’t rush me while I work on your art and be patient :)
If your work must be done in shorter period than 2 weeks, tell me right away. Additional fee will be charged for tight deadline. Keep in mind that rush commissions might be turned down, if I won’t be sure to have enough time for it.

COPYRIGHTS

I retain all copyright to the stages of my artwork and final piece as well. I may repost, reuse or remake it for personal promotion.
 By commissioning me you agree that the artwork you commissioned is  for personal use only, reselling, making profit, editing or removing my signature or watermark is not allowed.
When reposting commissioned piece on social media, you must  give credit to me as an artist of this piece and link my profile.

COMMERCIAL USE

Terms and conditions of commercial use are discussed individually.

REFUNDS

I don’t provide any refunds if I started working (sketching) on your commission or already finished it.
