Authors of a poster are invited to apply for an interactive presentation of their poster during the dedicated poster sessions on Tuesday 19/11 and Thursday 21/11. A screen is provided to which you attach your own computer.

We have 4 30' time slots on Tuesday and Thursday: 15:15-15:45, 15:45-16:15, 16:15-16:45 and 16:15-17:15. We can accommodate 6 presenters for each time slot.

Please note we are anticipating these presentations will require interaction and not just a “standalone” slide show.
You can sign up only once, for 1 time slot. First come, first served.

If you managed to have an interactive poster,  you can choose not to put up a printed poster. If this is the case, email the LOC (esww.loc@stce.be) to tell them that you don't need a poster board.
