I/we understand that the data asked for, vide this Google Form covers only the basic details to enable the School to process the admission request digitally on an urgent basis and I/we undertake to fill out and submit the complete/standard 'Application for Admission' to the School once the School reopens physically, post the Covid-19 pandemic situation.                                                                                                                                      पालकांकडून जाहीर प्रकटन:   मी /आम्ही सत्यापित करतो की मी /आम्ही रिलायन्स फाउंडेशन स्कूल लोधीवली मराठी माध्यमाच्या ज्या वर्गासाठी प्रवेश अर्ज करत आहोत त्यासाठी अपेक्षित असणाऱ्या  आणि अर्जात नमूद केलेल्या योग्यतांची व   कागदपत्रांची  प्रतिपूर्ती  करेन. मी /आम्ही सत्यापित करतो की मी /आम्ही  व आमचे पाल्य  रिलायन्स फाउंडेशन स्कूल लोधीवली मराठी माध्यमाच्या सर्व शैक्षणिक नियम अटींचे जबाबदारीने पालन करू.  मी /आम्ही सत्यापित करतो की मी /आम्ही  रिलायन्स फाउंडेशन स्कूल लोधीवली मराठी माध्यमाच्या प्रवेश अर्जात भरलेली माहित  सत्य  आणि बिनचूक असून या  माहिती  संदर्भाने  होणारा कुठलाही बदल शाळेस लगेच सूचित करू.  शाळेने वेळोवेळी आपल्या दैनंदिन कामकाजासंदर्भाने केलेले नियम वा अटीशर्तीतील बदल मला /आम्हाला तसेच आमच्या पाल्यास लागू होतील आणि मला /आम्हाला  ते मान्य असतील. विद्यार्थांचा प्रवेश आणि शिक्षण संदर्भाने वेळोवेळी येणारा फी चा खर्च मी /आम्ही उचलण्यास जबाबदारीने तयार असून त्याची प्रतिपूर्ती मी नियमाने आणि वेळेत करेन. कुठलीही खोटी, चूक आणि  अपूर्ण  माहिती भरल्याचे निदर्शनास आल्यास माझ्या पाल्याचा प्रवेश रद्द होईल याची मला जाणीव आहे आणि त्याची संपूर्ण जबाबदारी पालक म्हणून माझी/ आमची असेल. सदरील गूगल फॉर्म भरणे म्हणजे प्रवेश झाला असे होत नाही तसेच हा फॉर्म भरणे प्रवेशाची कुठली हमी नाही याची मला/ आम्हाला जाणीव आहे.  मला आम्हाला याची माहिती आहे की या फॉर्म द्वारे भरलेली माहिती केवळ प्राथमिक आणि  कमीतकमी आवश्यक इतकीच आहे . सदरील फॉर्म केवळ  एक ऑनलाईन  व्यवथा असून प्रत्यक्ष प्रवेशानंतर तसेच कोवीड-१९ ची सध्याची महामारीची परिस्थिती स्थिरस्थावर झाल्यावर मला संस्थेचा संपूर्ण माहितीचा प्रवेश अर्ज भरावा लागेल हे मला /आम्हाला  माहिती असून ते मला /आम्हाला मान्य आहे. *
