Fiske Talent Show 2023 - Performance Interest Form
We are excited that your child is interested in participating in the Fiske Talent Show on Friday, February 10, 2023 at 6 PM. Please fill out the interest form below and we will be in touch on January 6th with confirmation of acts. Please keep in mind the following:

1. Participation in the show is open to all Fiske students in Grades K – 5. 5th grade students can submit interest to be an Emcee for the show (not perform in an act) in a different form.

2. Students may perform solo or with a group (up to 5 students) but each student can only participate in one act.

3. If the performance includes more than one student only one form needs to be submitted per group (please coordinate among the parents for submission).

4. Each act cannot be any longer than 90 seconds and must be prepared in advance.

5. Each student must participate in at least one rehearsal which are set for:
Friday, February 3rd (1 - 3 PM)
Tuesday, February 7th (5 - 7 PM) 

6. Parent volunteering is required if your student is to participate in the Talent Show (this could be at one of the rehearsals or the evening of the Talent Show on February 10th). We will follow up with a Signup Genius form for volunteering.
