There is no additional fee to set up in the merchant area at Great Northeastern War, however you must submit this application and be approved in order to be assigned space in the merchant area.
Most spaces in the merchant area are 10' wide (walkway frontage) with approximately 20-ish feet of space behind. You are welcome to camp behind your merchant space. We can adjust that road frontage in 5' increments if necessary.
Please note that due to state law,
no sales of food or beverages are allowed at Great Northeastern War. (We do not operate under the appropriate kind of permit that would allow us to host food vendors.)
Merchants at Great Northeastern War are expected to bring your own tent and other set up materials for your space. We do ask that you do everything you can to help us maintain the medieval atmosphere of the merchant area, which is the central area of the event. We can rent you 6' tables at a cost of $10 per table. Tables must be paid for in advance and are not refundable. Access to an electrical outlet is also available by pre-reservation. The cost for electric hookup for your merchant space is $20 for the weekend.
Once you are accepted as a merchant for Great Northeastern War we will email you a special Paypal link to pay your pre-registration, including the cost of any tables or electrical rental.
All merchants must be set up by Friday night at 8 pm.
