The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Woman of Virtue Walking in Excellence Award Application
To Everything There is a Season Incorporation is an organization founded in March 2014, in memory of the late Deborah C. Bulgin. To Everything There is a Season Inc. provides supports and resources to help others improve their way of life. The vision of The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Memorial Foundation is “Leading people to their dreams and visions by providing them with supports to help them attain their heart’s desires.”

The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Award  recognizes women who have made significant contributions to our community through their exceptional leadership, sustained dedication, and inspiring achievements in a specialized field. This award is provided by To Everything There is a Season Inc. by celebrating virtuous women who have contributed to the making an influential impact in the lives of others, their community and the world.  These women leadership and dedication in changing the way of life for others, has proven why they are well deserving of this award.

All nominations are due by June 22, 2019.

All recipients will be notified by June 29, 2019.

Award recipients will be recognized and honored at The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Award Black Tie Gala on Saturday, October 12, 2019. The gala will be held at The DoubleTree Hilton 210 Holiday Court Annapolis, MD 21401from 6:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.

Criteria for The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Award Nominee:

Exhibits a high level of professional or volunteer achievement and leadership skills in one of the following categories:
• Beauty and Fashion
• Business
• Community Service
• Education
• Financial Literacy
• Health and Wellness
• Law and Government
• Lifetime Achievement
• Media and Marketing
• Mentorship
• Ministry
• Music and Arts
• Volunteerism

Generates significant impact on the community and world through her endeavors.

Demonstrates passionate commitment to a cause through her activities.

Excels in her profession, is highly respectable by her peers, and is a role model for other women in her field.

Exemplifies the vision and mission of To Everything There is a Season “Leading people to their dreams and visions by providing them with supports to help them attain their heart’s desires.”

Must be present at the The Deborah C. Offer Bulgin Women of Virtue Walking in Excellence Award Black Tie Gala on Saturday, October 12, 2019.
