COVID-19:  American Muslim Contributions
As the world struggles to overcome the COVID-19 crisis, American Muslims are stepping up to answer the call to help others. The Institute for Social Policy and Understanding (ISPU) and the National Muslim Taskforce on Covid-19 partnered to document American Muslim contributions and impact during COVID-19.This is a chance for American Muslims and their allies to document contributions made by individuals and the community at every scale, from personal donations to food drives, public health research, national-scale philanthropic programs, and more. The project and the resulting research report is a chance for the community to write its own story and its own history. Help ISPU document these contributions and positive impacts during the COVID-19 crisis by submitting your contribution or someone else's via a simple online survey. We encourage you to tag stories of contribution or articles about them using #muslimimpact or email stories of contributions to ISPU at the following email impact@ispu.org.

The Institute for Social Policy and Understanding (ISPU) provides objective research and education about American Muslims to support well-informed dialogue and decision-making. Our Muslims for American Progress project began documenting Muslim contributions to the health, happiness, and well-being of all Americans in 2016, including the Muslim response to the Flint water crisis. At this extraordinary time, as we all deal with the COVID-19 crisis, we aim to capture how Muslims are contributing in this time of need.
