NWB 2021 Nutcracker Audition Form
Please fill out the following form and submit prior to auditions on Saturday, September 11, 2021 (one form per dancer, please).

NWB's Nutcracker is fully supported through the NWB Foundation, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing arts enrichment and education for the North San Diego County community through engaging performances and community outreach that preserve and advance the genuine classical ballet experience.

NOTES:
NWB will be adhering to all San Diego County guidelines for COVID-19. As such, dancers and committee personnel may be required to be masked for the safety of our community.

Audition forms are not complete until the audition/production fee of $200 per dancer has been received. Bring a check or cash to NWB (or you can Venmo) at the time of audition to avoid the 3% service fee charge that will be added for credit card purchases.
