23_24 Western Regionals Audition Registration
Before filling out this form, you will need the check number for the fee to enter here in order to facilitate preparing a deposit slip.  Please be sure that information is entered!  Bring the check to Mrs. Verney-Fink in an envelope with your name on it clearly labeled for what it is:  "Mrs. Verney-Fink:  Western Regional Audition Fee".

Leave blank if you're only auditioning for one group.  If you are auditioning for more than one group, please use the text box below to  rank them by preference, and also to indicate which instrument for each if different.  For example, if you are auditioning for trombone in Jazz Band but Baritone Horn for Concert Band, or if you would prefer orchestra to band as a wind player, etc.

Do you understand that auditions are on Sat. Nov. 11th at West Hill High School in Stamford (heads up that you don't have school on Fri 11/10)?  That all audition requirements can be found at https://cmea.org/student-events/western-region/western-region-high-school/?  That if you make the Western Region ensemble, the Festival where you will sing/play is Fri. Jan. 12-Sat. Jan. 13th (snow Dates are the following weekend)?  That there's a $35 fee to participate in the Western Region Festival if you make it?  And, that parents/guardians must provide transportation to/from Greenwich HS for all days of the festival.  *
