By completing this form you are requesting a swimmer be voluntarily removed from the active swim team roster for 2024 season. Swimmers removed from active swim team roster are ineligible to participate in practice, swim meets, or other GATORS events once request is approved.
REFUND REQUESTS received PRIOR to the FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE will be refunded in full
REFUND REQUESTS received PRIOR to the FIRST SWIM MEET of the season will be refunded 50%
NO REFUNDS will be granted if REFUND REQUEST received AFTER the FIRST SWIM MEET
NO REFUNDS will be granted if a swimmer or member of the swimmer's household are suspended or removed from the team due to MHSL Code of Conduct violation
TEAM FEES (SGCC Activity Fee and GATORS Booster Fee) are NON REFUNDABLE once paid
