The following products are prohibited from being sold at the market: unpasteurized dairy products, ungraded eggs, cannabis in any form, meats that have not been federally or provincially inspected, any illegal or prohibited substances or products. All products are to represent a family friendly environment, where they would be considered “G” rated. No products shall represent any profanity or inappropriate images. Laura’s Farm Stand has authority to authorize who may be a vendor and what products may be sold.

Vendors must be aware of food safety practices and policies and ensure they are being practiced in the preparation, transportation, storage and selling of food at their market. Prepared food vendors must have their kitchen inspected by a public health inspector and have completed the food handlers certificate program prior to market opening. Prepared food vendors will list all of the ingredients on all products sold at the market. It is the responsibility of the individual vendor to understand and comply with all government regulations regarding food safety.
