CC Events Policy 
Thanks for contacting us for your event need. Please complete the form so we can give you the most accurate quote for your special day. Once we have reviewed your form we will get back with you and email you a event proposal. Once the proposal has been received, you have 5 business days to pay the retainer. The retainer is 20% of the event total. Your event date will determine your payment terms. Your remaining balance is due 3 weeks prior to your event date. RETAINERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We do allow a one time TRANSFER if you need to reschedule for another available date(must be rescheduled more than 3 weeks from the event date. Filling out the form and submitted it, is your agreeing to our policies and procedures. Thanks in advance and we look forward to working with you

Event Requirements
Event Requirements
All events require at least 3 hours to set up your event. Anything less than 3 hours will not be accepted for events that require set up for more than 40 guest. If your venue does not provide at least 3 hours please be let us know in advance of your booking. Please have your venue to have tables out before I arrive as it takes away the amount of time I have to set up. If the venue owners does not provide that service you come in and take the tables out. I will move as them needed.

Food Table
I only provide BLACK linen for the food table if rented from my company. Please check with your caterer to see if they are provided by them.  

OUTDOOR EVENTS
When booking outdoor events IT'S A MUST YOU rent an enclosed tent, tables and chairs. I DO NOT PROVIDE tables, chairs or tents UNLESS RENTED FROM ME. The tent must be LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE YOUR GUEST. Please have the tables, chairs and tent already set up before my arrival. If I need to move the table set up I will.

WE DO NOT offer balloon services for outdoor events. Please understand that with outdoor events the weather may affect the outcome of your event. If bad weather permits the week of we will do our best to accommodate changes in location but you must let us know at least 4 days in advance. If bad weather permits the day of once we are at the location to set up there is nothing we can do, there will not be any refunds on anything.
