Structure of the program:
• Week 1: The body (1st pillar of well-being)
Experience a Vinyasa flow yoga session with Felicia. This session will focus on the foundation of creating internal awareness, a combination of postures connected by breath with a focus on spinal health (Pilates concepts), which will support you to feel more grounded, centered and present while having an energizing, rejuvenating and strengthening experience.
Date: January 18th 2022 (Tuesday)
Time: 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Topic: Focusing on sensing your foundation, being rooted and grounded in your body.
Required equipment: a mat
• Week 2: The mind (2nd pillar of well-being)
Experience a meditation and mindfulness session with Helen. She will guide you on a talk about welcoming mindfulness into your life, give you some practical mindfulness-based tools and inquiry, teach you the principles of mindfulness and self-compassion, and practice a guided meditation for your mind's greater well-being.
Date: January 25th 2022 (Tuesday)
Time: 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Topic: Self-compassion
• Week 3: The heart (3rd pillar of well-being)
Experience an EFT (= Emotional Freedom Technique) coaching session with Coralie to learn how to release negative thoughts and emotions easily and effectively, and replace them with new positive and empowering ones to support you through the ups and downs of your daily life.
Date: February 1st 2022 (Tuesday)
Time: 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Topic: Stress/anxiety release for emotional well-being.
• Week 4: The spirit (4th pillar of well-being)
Experience a sound healing session with Jaslyn and her crystal singing bowls for your spiritual well-being through a chakra balancing experience. Get ready to bathe yourself in the healing vibrations of her crystal bowls for a deep nurturing experience!
Date: February 8th 2022 (Tuesday)
Time: 2:30pm to 3:30pm.
Topic: To nurture greater inner peace and calm and deep relaxation.
