Important to know!
In this survey, for the purpose of simplicity:

1. A product, service, tool or a solution will always be called a "solution" but can mean any of these

2. A supplier, vendor, provider or a seller will always be called a "vendor" but can mean any of these

3. A customer reference, customer success story, testimonial or a case study video will always be called a "case study" but can mean any of these

Therefore an example question in the survey:

"Last time when you made a purchasing decision for a *solution*, did you read the *vendor's* *case studies*?"
