Leeds Model United Nations 2020 - Individual Delegate Application
Welcome to the annual Leeds Model United Nations (LeedsMUN) 2020 conference.

LeedsMUN is an educational stimulus with the goal of educating the youth about diplomacy, public speaking, communication, and the United Nations. Delegates will represent countries and take part in discussions and debates on topics concerning world affairs in order to reach resolutions.

The conference will be held from the 14th of February, 2020 to the 16th of February, 2020. There will be a delegate conference fee of £20, which will cover expenses such as snacks, merchandise, training sessions and a FREE alcohol social. There will also be a non-alcohol social pack of £15.


GUIDELINES

- Do NOT submit more than one application.
- Applications will close at 23:59 on February 9th, 2020
- Results will be released by email by February 10th , 2020
- English will be primarily used throughout the conference, meaning that delegates are expected to converse in English at all times.
- We will contact you through emails, so please make sure to check your emails regularly as you might miss out on deadlines. Same applies to Facebook groups, important notices will be posted there so please make sure to check.
- Handbooks and background guides will be provided, delegates are expected to read these fully.
- Please READ and fill out the entire form CAREFULLY before making a submission.
-If you have been accepted and decide to withdraw your application after the 31st of January 2019 LeedsMUN must be given a weeks notice in advance. If you do not do so you may not be eligible for a full refund.
