Welcome to the sign-up and proxy form for the October GA, which will take place on October 26th from 10:00 onwards. We are using an online system called NemoVote to vote on motions during the GA. For this we will need to know if you are coming/using a proxy vote.

In this form we ask you for your email so that we can send you a confirmation. ๐๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ข๐ง ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐๐๐ฌ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฎ๐๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฅ, ๐๐๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ข๐ฅ. In almost all cases this will have the following format:

In some cases students use their UvA email, if this is the case for you, the format is as follows:

sam.ringeling@student.uva.nlMost students use their AUC email, not the UvA email. Either way it will be automatically forwarded to your personal email, just like the rest of the emails from AUC. If you struggle finding the confirmation email, go to the email where you receive the AUCSA newsletters and check your spam folder.
