2021 Battle At The Berry Marching Invitational Registration
The Battle At The Berry Marching Invitational will occur on Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the C-F FCU Stadium at the Berry Center in Cypress-Fairbanks ISD.  

This will be a PRELIMS ONLY event.  

Please complete this registration form in full. Entry Deadline is August 31st OR once all performance slots have been filled. The contest will be limited to the first 24 paid entries. A non-refundable registration of $450 is due within 30 days of completing this form to guarantee your performance spot. An invoice will be generated and emailed to you after you submit this registration.

Classification *
Total number of performing winds, percussion, auxiliary/CG and drum majors. Students pushing props and percussion equipment should not be counted to determine classification.
Awards *
The top three (3) bands in each classification will be awarded a trophy. In addition, (1) band will be named Grand Champion regardless of class. There will also be four (4) caption awards. The 4 caption awards, regardless of classification, are for Outstanding Music, Outstanding Visual, Outstanding Percussion and Outstanding Auxiliary. This is a Prelims Contest Only. Do you understand?
Guidelines *
I, as a representative of (“School Registered”), hereby certify that the above classification is correct and agree to the stated guidelines for the event. The "Host" High School Band nor the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District will be responsible for lost or stolen items. It is understood that the Participant School will take full responsibility for any damages and/or vandalism and/or misconduct at the contest site by Participant’s members and/or staff. It shall be the responsibility of Participant and not the "Host" High School Band nor the Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District. Participant also understands that any applicable copyright laws for the performance and/or arranging of music for Participant’s performance is the sole responsibility of the Participant.

I understand that a $450 payment is due to the "Host" High School Band within 30 days of registering for this event, to guarantee our performance spot. An invoice with payment details will be emailed to you after submitting this form.
