Contract Information
This is a binding contract for space rental at 3West @ the NORAD Mill, 60 Roberts Drive, North Adams, MA 01247 between Moresi & Associates, Inc. doing business as 3West Events (3West) and the party or parties wishing to utilize the space for the event (the Renter). 3­­­West does not rent space to organizations fostering hate, inciting violence, or promoting any illegal activity.

Booth Fee Information (Please Read Carefully)
Booth Fee: $35 per booth (no more than 2 booths per crafter) A booth is approximately 8’ wide x 6’ deep space. Tables are not included. Chairs are available. You may not extend sales beyond your booth or have sound equipment or music playing. Lit candles and other open flames are not allowed anywhere on the premises. You may not affix anything to the walls, floors, or any part of the building. Your booth is not confirmed until payment is received. Checks can be made payable to 3West Events and dropped off or mailed to: Attn: Caroline Collins, Moresi and Associates, 60 Roberts Drive, North Adams, MA 01247.�Please note that your display must stay within your 8’ X 6’ space and you may not purchase additional spaces on the day of the event. Your booth will be positioned randomly on a first-come, first-served basis; we will not be taking requests for specific placements in the space or near other vendors, as this makes planning very difficult.

Electricity
Electricity is free and on a first-come, first-served basis. 3West is not responsible for electrical malfunctions or damages resulting from use of electricity. Please indicate below if your display requires the use of electricity. We will do our best to ensure those who need it are placed close to an outlet.

Set-up will be Friday, September 10 from 5PM-7PM, or Saturday, September 11 from 7:30AM-8:45AM. Everyone must be set-up by 8:45AM. While there is building security and the event space will be locked outside of set-up hours, 3West does not take responsibility for the safety of items left in the booths. A loading dock and elevator are available for your convenience. Please unload all items and move your vehicle away from the loading dock ASAP. You may not leave your vehicle unattended at the dock. All vendors must use the upper parking lot to ensure there is adequate parking for shoppers. The NORAD Mill and 3West are handicapped accessible including accessible restrooms. There is a café on premises for breakfast and lunch. Please plan to stay for the duration of the event. Caroline Collins and Alison Collins are the Harvest Market coordinators and will be on site to help!
Application
I hereby agree to hold harmless 3West Events, Moresi & Associates, the NORAD Mill, and any and all staff, contractors, representatives, or vendors of the same for any incident arising as a result of hosting an event on-site. All proper licenses, taxes and insurance are the responsibility of the Renter.
