In addition to Winchendon Public Schools' families and staff, students in grades 3-12 will be given an opportunity to complete a School Climate survey to provide feedback about their education experience.  This survey will be completely anonymous.  If you do not wish for your child to take this survey, please fill out the information below. This form is ONLY for those families who do not want their child to take the survey. The deadline to complete this opt out form is Friday, January 12, 2024.
