Eligibility Criteria:  

60% and above across academic career (10th, Intermediate and Degree)
Good analytical skills
Good English communication skills (with minimum/no MTI)

Package Details :

3 Lacs per annum CTC

Selection Process:

Pre-placement Talk by Sr. Leader from ADP (30 minutes – in-person or thru WebEx with students inside the college hall/auditorium)
Screening: ADP Pariksha Test (Quantitative Aptitude & Logical Reasoning) [Can be conducted in your college lab on the same day or one day prior or during weekend per number of confirmed students – as a single batch or in multiple batches per availability of computers and strong/stable internet]
Round 1 :  Screening by Manager (1:1, Face-to-face/in-person interviews at the college – if required, 1-2 other managers can log into college interview rooms virtually/thru WebEx)
Round 2: Voice & Accent Assessment (In-person or Virtual/WebEx/On Phone with V&A Assessor logging into college room)
Round 3: Sr. Leader – Personal Interview (Face-to-Face/in-person or Virtual/WebEx)
Round 4: HR Discussion (Face-to-Face/In-person)
