Summer classes begin June 17th 2024- registration is ongoing through the session.
The Summer Session is 8 weeks long and ends on August 9th (August 15th for Thursday classes that have the 4th of July off)

*Class Placement Notes*
-Bittys classes require caregiver participation- these classes are "mommy and me" style and help prepare your little one for an independent class experience as they grow and become more independent. 
-Tinys classes require students to be fully potty trained and to be able to participate in class without their caregiver present. 
If your student has special needs or requires accommodations please reach out to Natalie (the studio director) and she can help make those arrangements for you. 

Company Teams
-It's highly recommended that students who intend on dancing on the company teams in the Fall take the Summer Company Classes to be better prepared. Company dancers class placements will be decided by the Director and Instructors via audition during the first week of classes. These placements may be subject to change depending on skill development as the session goes on.
-Company students that wish to compete a solo during the 2025 Spring season must complete their solo choreography lessons during the summer session of 2024. Solo sign-ups will be on going through June 10 .
-Company teams (ages 5 and up) are invited and encouraged to attend Full Out Dance Camp in St. George July 25th-27th RSVP/get more information with Director

Billing:
All Summer Classes are billed for the entire 8 week session- you'll receive your invoice to your email, full payment is due by June 15th to hold your place in the class- after that, unpaid accounts will be bumped for those on the waitlist. Class sizes are limited. 
Tuition will not be refunded or prorated. 
Private lessons, costume fees and competition/performance fees are not included in monthly tuition. 

Registration Fee:

New students will be charged a non-refundable $25 registration fee, (current student’s reg fee: $10, past student’s: $15) to secure their spot. Reg fees must be paid within 7 days of registering- unpaid accounts will be bumped for those on the waitlist


Performance:
 -Classes are closed to regular observation (with the exception of Bittys classes which require caregiver participation.) There is no formal recital for the summer session. Instead, we invite caregivers to observe the last lesson of the summer session for the last 15 minutes of class where students will perform what they’ve learned.

Dance Shoes + Attire:
Bittys, Tinys and Tiny Company need pink ballet shoes for girls and black ballet shoes for boys. All other classes need suntan half sole ballets. All shoes are available to purchase from The Dance Shop of Logan at 521 N. Main Street. 
Dance students need to come to class with their hair pulled back out of their face and any comfortable and stretchy clothes with tight fitting shorts, leggings, or tights. Please avoid baggy pants- teachers need to be able to see the dancers legs to assist in proper technique. 

Tumbling Attire:
Hair pulled back and any comfortable, tight fitting, stretchy clothes or leotards and bare feet. 

DISCLAIMER: At Studio B we strive to create the best learning environment for each dancer; therefore, we reserve the right to move your dancer into a different class in order to best serve them based on their ability/skill level or need. We will keep open communication regarding your dancers needs and progress. 

Discounts:

-Studio B students can add a specialty class for $10 off (ex: hip hop, ballet or tumbling)
-Students must be designated class age by the start of the session (June 17th)

-Siblings receive $10 off each month after the first enrolled student.*

*Summer students will receive $5 off the Fall registration fee!*
