PUC Induction Early Completion Option Site Leader Recommendation 2020-2021
Thank you for completing this recommendation of your Early Completion Option (ECO) candidate to the PUC Schools Induction Program.

The Early Completion Option (ECO) is a highly rigorous, accelerated option for experienced and exceptional candidates who have been a classroom teacher of record for two or more years (Senate Bill 57).  ECO candidates complete the program in one year instead of two years.

ECO candidates must have solid command of their classroom learning environment and an understanding of how to provide scaffolds and supports for various student subgroups.  ECO Candidates should demonstrate these competencies as described in the California Standards for the Teaching Profession (CSTPs).

Your input is a key component in the PUC Induction Program determination of the candidate's readiness to participate in the ECO.  ECO Applications are due by August 1, 2020. If you have any questions about this recommendation, please reach out to program coordinator, Allison Brown, a.brown2@pucschools.org
