March Instruction Selection-Seaholm
Birmingham Public Schools is dedicated to providing students with a learning environment that meets the needs of families.

Carefully review the BPS Comparison document provided by the district, which outlines the instructional delivery options for families before making your March Instruction selection in this form.

This form is being used to determine which students will attend Birmingham Public Schools in Full-Day In-Person and which students will attend in Virtual Live-streaming. The option selected in this form will remain in effect until the end of the 2020-2021 school year.

Please complete a separate form for each of your students attending grades 9-12. Include your preferred email address in order to receive a confirmation email that includes a copy of your form selections.
