LVA Tour Day Interest Form 2023-24 School Year
Please fill out this form completely.  
Information will be emailed to you 2-3 days before your tour date. Please note that we have limited spots available each week.  The tours will begin at 12:30 pm in our Main building, located at 315 S. 7th Street. Parking is available in the lot beside the Lowden Theater (875 E. Clark). Please allow adequate time to park and check in at the front desk prior to 12:30. The tour will conclude by 2:00 pm, to coincide with the regular school dismissal time. If you have a student attending a Shadow Day, you will be able to meet them at the Lowden Theater at the end of your tour.
