You are invited to join a group of UCSB faculty, staff, librarians, and postdocs for our regular supporting writing space, Write On Site. We are slowly easing back in to writing together and are offering a sessions that are in person.  

Join Write on Site for focused, positive writing spaces. Writing includes things like brainstorming ideas, working on articles or proposals, incorporating reviewer comments, working on tables, grants and more  (but not service/teaching stuff like committee reports or creating syllabi). The point of WOS is to be a supportive, fun, nonjudgmental environment with few distractions. We write together for support and additional focus, but we don't typically read and give feedback on each other's writing.

You can stay the whole time or just come by and commit to 30 minutes of focused writing. You'll be surprised how much you can get done in just30 minutes!
