Projected to grow from 70+ employees currently, to 3000+ employees in next 3 years, Hostello plans to be one of India's largest recruiters in Hospitality industry & is looking for ambitious candidates across various functions such as Front Desk Manager , Floor Supervisor, Sales,Operations (F&B and House keeping manager), Property Supervisor etc.

>> Job purpose
Guest Relation & Services to Students, First line of SPOC for complete Business operations.
>> Duties and responsibilities
Own end-to-end operations and overall management of the property in terms of facilitating them for their lodging and fooding services .
>> Fooding & Maintenance:
* Coordinate with various internal support teams & external vendors to ensure high quality guest experience in relation to Food & Beverage (F&B), Housekeeping, Laundry, Appliances, Maintenance, Security Services, Medical Support, Emergency Response Teams, etc.
*Avoid wastage of Food
*Cross check critical Points like Power Plugs, Locks Geyser Fans daily.
*Complaint Register to be checked on daily basis, insure with Maintenance Team if the problem is not solved in 48 hrs.
>> Audit & Security:-
* Daily head count timing is 10:00 PM after closing the main door.
* Immediate reporting to next level of hierarchy regarding all critical issues.
* Weekly Audit of assets and maintenance & First Aid Box.
* No entry for Outsider in Hostel Premises, For Parents it should be pre-informed subject to availability of Space in Hostel.
* Surprise Patrolling in Hostel on regular basis.
* Be the custodian of all assets provided by Hostello, ensuring all assets are best-functioning & well-maintained at all times.
>> Accounting/Record Keeping/MIS/Sales:
* MIS
* Maintain required records & checklists to ensure smooth functioning of the property.
* Ensure the property meets its monthly occupancy & rent collection targets.
* Assist sales teams in explaining all Hostello services to parents/students visiting the property for the purpose of new bookings.
>> Relation Building:
*Interaction with Parents at least once in a month.
*Maintain Healthy Relation with students & Parents
*Be a single point of contact for students, parents & Hostello management, delivering highest level of customer service at all times.
