By completing the following form you are beginning the registration process for the SCC-OMC Voyageurs Canoe Trip. Your registration is not considered complete until the $100 deposit is received.

Important Dates:
- REGISTRATION DEADLINE: May 4, 2024
- SHAKEDOWN DAY: July 20, 2024
- CANOE TRIP: July 26 - August 3, 2024
Space on the Canoe Trip is limited, with only 16 remaining spots open, we encourage you to get your registration in as soon as possible. After the registration deadline, you will be mailed a packet of information including a pre-filled copy of this form and other required forms that must be signed by a parent/guardian and returned.
