We’re looking for the best play ever written. No, wait the shortest play ever written. No…that’s not right. We’re looking for the shortest, bestest play ever written and we’re looking for you to act in them!

The event is on Thurs 21 May at 4pm and will be held on Zoom.

Each script will be less than 500 words and will be a mix of monologues and dialogues, comedy and drama, realistic and surrealistic. You'll receive one or two scripts 24 hours before the event, as well as contact details of any fellow actors in your group. You're then allowed to rehearse as much or as little as you like. Props and costumes are encouraged, but not a requirement, as is using any other technical elements in the performance (as long as it can be done over Zoom).

There will be prizes for the shortest, bestest play as well as the shortest play!
