Westfield Survey for Fall 2020 Re-Opening

In an effort to achieve community collaboration and plan for the fall, we are asking families to complete a brief survey. The data collected from this survey will be utilized to help the district prepare for protocols and safety measures as we move forward.

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted each of us in some way. As a district, it has required us to look into the future and begin to develop plans for what the fall will look like.Our top priority at WACS is the health and safety of our students, staff, and families. As we continue to receive information and guidance from the state, the district will work diligently to create and implement necessary precautions so that we can safely educate all our students.

We know that it is critical to have input from our families to understand their level of concern with reopening schools to students this fall. We would like to have all surveys completed by Monday, July 27th. Please refer to the documents posted under our News Feed on our website or on our Facebook page to our reopening presentation and guidance documents. Once all parent meetings are completed, we will share the Q&A in those locations also.
