Are you feeling concerned about climate change? Do you want to meet others who share your concern to work alongside and take local action together? Join the Blomidon Naturalists Society for a convening of Climate Circles, a facilitated and supportive space to meet and work with people who are wanting to take climate action together. At Climate Circles, you bring your project and strategy ideas and we help you find like-minded people to start and finish projects together.
In our three "welcome back" sessions, and via this survey, we will focus on taking stock after more than two years of not meeting in person. We want to know who is wanting to (re)engage, what climate action ideas you have, and what needs you have in order to take action. Help us design a new Climate Circles meeting format for 2023 based on your ideas and needs!
As the project team prepares to launch, we anticipate a need to connect and reconnect after years without in person meetings, take stock of what we have (resources, ideas, existing projects, needs, etc) and co-create the facilitated space that will help us all achieve tangible climate action projects. So we need your help!
Whether you can or cannot attend our initial launching sessions in November and December, this survey will help the Climate Circles project team to design climate action spaces in the Wolfville-Kentville area in the new year that will work for those interested.
