Symptoms and Government Guidance:

It is important that everyone is aware of the Covid-19 symptoms:

a high temperature
a new, continuous cough
a loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

In the event that an attendee or any member within their household displays any of the above symptoms they must follow the Government guidance. Anyone experiencing any one of the symptoms listed MUST NOT attend the pool. www.gov.uk/coronavirus

Unfortunately, despite our usual Terms & Conditions, Let's Swim are currently unable to refund or reimburse absences including those associated with Covid-19.

Associated Risk: *

Let's Swim are following guidance from the Government, Swim England and the Swimming Teachers Association. Using this guidance Let's Swim and the pool operators have completed a risk assessment of all activities taking place. Although risk levels can be significantly reduced, it is not possible to guarantee attendance as being entirely without risk.

In the event that an attendee is considered as high risk, medically vulnerable, or having an underlying health condition they are advised to consult a medical health professional prior to attending the pool.

To inform attendees of new procedures Let's Swim have produced 'Swim Safe Guidance'. Everyone has a duty of care to their own safety and to the safety of others. Attendees should familiarise themselves with procedures outlined in this guidance to help reduce the risks associated with Covid-19. Adjustment and Expectations:

Although the procedures required in these exceptional circumstances are new to everyone, the objective of our staff remains the same; to provide a high quality service where safety always comes first. For both staff and attendees adaptation to the 'new normal' will take time. In light of this we ask you to be mindful of the following:

Be patient - the pace may seem a little slower while we adjust to new procedures.
Be courteous - remember we are all in this together.
Be safe - follow the 'Swim Safe Guidance' and protect yourself and others.
