The European Map of Inclusion
The "European Map of Inclusion" is one of the intellectual outputs of the project "Teachers Ahead" (http://iclasse.eu/ahead/) realized under the Erasmus+ program KA2 – strategic partnerships.

ACMOS Association (https://associazione.acmos.net/) is the partner in charge of the creation of the map and our aim is to collect many good practices of inclusion for youth in Europe.

The main aims of this map are:
- map inclusion opportunities and practices in Europe implemented by NGOs and/or schools and universities for young people
- facilitate networking between social actors and entities, schools, and associations
- share best practices of inclusion and communicate opportunities from all parts of the continent

The final map will be free and available on ACMOS webite for NGOs, schools, universities and all other actors that can be interested in finding innovative practices to promote inclusion and local/national/European partners.
