Entry forms must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM, June 1, 2024. Entry fees are $3.00 per contest for Junior and Senior 4-H'ers; Cloverbud entries have no charge.

This form is only for the Artistic Expression Contests listed below.
Please refer to the updated 2024 NC 4-H Horse Program Rules for each of the contests that you have entered. The Rules for the contests can be found here: https://go.ncsu.edu/4h-horse-rulebook (pages 147-163)

After completing this form, be sure to check your email inbox for a generated invoice for your entry fees (which will be sent within 5 business days).  This invoice and the appropriate fees must be returned to NCSU by June 15 for your entry to be complete.  If the entry is for a Cloverbud, there are no fees and therefore the invoice does not have to be returned- you may keep it for your records as to which contests you have entered.

Youth who have previously won a state contest/event are ineligible to participate in that age division for that particular contest/event.

Exhibits must be submitted to the NC State 4-H Horse Show on July 12 from 10 AM to 4 PM. Entries to be judged beginning at 5:00 PM.
