Photo Release

For good and valuable consideration the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I hereby grant Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team permission to use my likeness in a photograph in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to all of all of Janice Overbeck Team’s printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any photograph using my likeness will become property of the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team. 

I acknowledge that since my participation with Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team is voluntary, I will receive no financial compensation. 

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute this photo for purposes of publicizing Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team’s programs or for any other related, lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photograph. 

I hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its contents and agree to comply with the terms outlined above.

Pet Waiver

I acknowledge that I am participating in the "Sweets with Santa" event hosted by the Janice Overbeck real Estate Team, and understand that I am allowed to bring my pet to this event. I hereby agree to the following terms and conditions.

Pet Information:

I affirm that my pet is friendly and well-behaved, posing no threat to other participants, animals, or property. I will keep my pet on a leash/harness and under my control at all times during the Event.

Vaccinations:

I certify that my pet is up-to-date on all necessary vaccinations, including rabies and other required vaccinations as mandated by local laws. I agree to provide proof of vaccination upon request by event organizers.

Supervision:

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my pet's behavior and actions during the Event. I will ensure that my pet does not cause any harm or nuisance to others, and I will clean up after my pet, including disposing of waste in designated containers.

Release of Liability:

I understand that there are inherent risks associated with bringing my pet to the Event, and I voluntarily assume all such risks. I release and discharge the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team, its employees, volunteers, and any associated sponsors from any liability, claims, damages, or injuries (including legal fees) that may arise from my participation in the Event, including any harm caused by my pet.

Indemnification:

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team, its employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any claims, including legal fees, arising from my pet's actions or behavior during the Event.

Emergency Contact:

I will provide contact information where I can be reached during the Event, and I will be available to promptly address any issues related to my pet if needed.
